Yep! It is lined with Sycamore trees. These look either cut back or stunted. There was no waterway along Polk Blvd., but I'm sure YOU would have walked there, though probably not recently. Was this taken in Germany?
Yes, in Eltville - the waterway is the Rhine River.
I think the trees were likely trimmed in that fashion as they sure looked healthy enough.
In July we were pretty close to Polk Blvd but didn't bother walking on the side walks.
